Used for the production of iron furnace iron alloys, pure silicon, yellow phosphorus, calcium carbide and matte copper, which is characterized in that the lower part of the conductive electrode is buried in the charge, so in addition to the heat generated by the electric arc between the electric plate and the charge, the current passes through the charge The resistance of the charge also generates heat.
(3) Used in resistance furnace
During the production process, graphitization furnaces for graphite materials, melting furnaces for technical glass melting and production, and electric furnaces for silicon carbide are all resistance furnaces. The management of the materials contained in the furnace is both a heating resistor and a heated object.
(4) A large number of graphite electrode blanks are also used for processing into various shaped products such as various crucibles, graphite boats, hot die casting molds and heating elements for vacuum electric furnaces.
